Demolition of an industrial unit and the erection of a new building to create 14 apartments and commercial office space.
Located in a prime position on the vibrant High Street of Borehamwood in north London. This four-storey mixed-use development consists of an office space in the basement and ground floor, with fourteen flats on the next three levels.
A former bank building on the main high street had to be completely demolished as part of the project, and a new building had to be constructed after a full basement was excavated to the site’s borders and continuous piles were placed around the perimeter.
