Thyme Homes leverages its in-house team—comprising interior architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, and other professionals—to ensure efficient project completion without the need for outsourcing. This integrated approach minimises time delays, costs, and mitigates risk.

We seek to buy and build projects of between 5 and 50 units in London and the Home Counties, favouring ‘oven-ready’ opportunities that have planning approval and are ready to build. This strategy allows us to construct much-needed homes quickly and efficiently. Thyme Homes believe that construction can be the solution to many social and environmental challenges that we face in our local communities. That's why we also search for development opportunities to collaborate and JV with local stake holders and create open-minded solutions to our exacting standards.

He commenced his career by working for global banks, where he oversaw funds for High-NetWorth Individuals in the United Kingdom and the MENA region. Subsequently, Marwan ventured into establishing his own real estate portfolio and successfully executed development projects worth over £100 million for London- based developers. His focus is on overseeing all sites and motivating his teams.

Investment Director

Paul ran his own property development firm for 15 years prior to joining BYOOT. During this time, he accumulated extensive expertise in various sectors of the property market, ranging from affordable housing to high-end residential and commercial properties. As the leader of the strategic investment and capital allocation team, Paul excels as a problem solver and decision maker. His exceptional skills enable BOOT to identify and secure the most favourable opportunities for funding.

Andrew Solomon

With a robust tenure of six years in the role as Pre-construction Director, Andrew exemplifies the pinnacle of expertise and leadership.
