Located in the historical town of Coulsdon, this exciting project comprises 35 apartments comprising of, one, two and three bedroom units.
Originally intended as the first large-scale development for a HNWI investor, the project was unfortunately abandoned by its main contractor midway through construction, leaving the site vulnerable to water damage and other hazards.
Thyme Homes were appointed to take over the project as development managers and helped secure additional funding from a new lender. Despite the challenges caused by the COVID pandemic, the project was completed on time and to a high standard, ensuring that the apartments were ready for occupancy as planned.
